Terms of service

Last updated: October 2026. Template – to be reviewed by an attorney before launch.

Who you are dealing with

These terms are an agreement between your company and Alfa Tech, Corp., Miami, FL 33177, United States (“GITECHY”, “we”, “us”). GITECHY™ is a brand of Alfa Tech, Corp. Contact: info@gitechy.com.

The service

GITECHY Design is an online service. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Limits (new projects per month, sheets per project, storage) are shown on the pricing page.

Your designs and calculations

  • Cable lengths, PoE and power budgets, battery times, voltage drop and camera distances are estimates from the information you enter. They do not replace the manufacturer’s data, the codes that apply to your work (e.g. NEC, NFPA, local fire and building codes) or the judgment of a qualified professional.
  • You are responsible for your designs, proposals and installations, and for having the right to use the floor plans you upload.

Cancellation and the end of a subscription

You can cancel any time in My account; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. After the end your company is read-only: projects can be opened and exported. We may delete the data of companies whose plan ended more than 12 months ago, after notice by email.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your data and backups

GITECHY is not responsible for any loss, damage or corruption of data, however it happens. We make backups, but you remain responsible for exporting and keeping copies of data you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you are requires otherwise.
