Who we are

gitechydesign.com and the GITECHY Design app are operated by Alfa Tech, Corp., Miami, FL 33177, United States (“GITECHY”, “we”, “us”). GITECHY™ is a brand of Alfa Tech, Corp. Contact: info@gitechy.com.

What we collect

• Account and order data: name, email, company name and details, billing details (payments are processed by Stripe – we never see full card numbers).
• What your company stores in the app: floor plans, designs, prices, proposals and the names and emails of your team and of clients who approve proposals.
• Messages you send us.

Floor plans and designs

Floor plans and designs often show the security of a building. They are stored as private files, shown only to people of your company and to the clients you send a proposal link to, and never used by us for anything else.

Website statistics

On gitechydesign.com we count page views with our own tool – no cookies, nothing sent to other companies. Your IP address is not stored; visitors are told apart for one day only with a code that cannot be traced back to you. Kept 13 months.

Who receives data

Stripe (payments), our hosting, storage and email providers. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account data: as long as the account exists and afterwards as long as tax law requires. Designs: see the Terms.

Your rights
