Questions about plans
What counts as a new project?
Each project you start in the month (copies too). Existing projects can always be opened, edited and exported – the limit counts new ones only.
How fast can I start?
Right after payment – we email you the link to set your password.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time in My account. Upgrades apply right away.
Can I cancel?
Any time in My account. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period; afterwards your projects stay readable and exportable.
What if I need more storage?
Add a storage pack any time: +15 GB ($5), +50 GB ($15), +100 GB ($25) or +250 GB ($50) a month. Every file counts – floor plans, logos and published proposals.
